We are pleased to share our Quarter 3 Impact Report for 2025–2026, which highlights how people across the district have helped shape real improvements in health and social care in October, November, and December.

Your feedback has led to real action. Young volunteers helped shape improvements to local CAMHS referral processes. Advocacy support helped a wheelchair user secure patient transport after eligibility errors were identified. We also escalated key concerns to system leaders through the NHS Quality Intelligence Group, prompting service reviews and agreed actions.
