King Street Walk-in Centre – your views needed
The Walk-in Centre provides care for people with urgent health needs, without the need for an appointment, at times when they may not be able to see their GP. We know that many people value the walk-in service because it is convenient and they can be seen quickly.
They want to hear from patients and local people about how they use the Walk-in Centre, what works well and where there might be opportunities to improve the service. Your views will help them understand local needs and shape future services in line with the latest NHS guidance.
Please tell them what you think by completing this short survey.
The survey is anonymous which means they will not know who has completed it.
What you tell them will help in understanding what local people need and how services could be improved.
The survey is available online at: www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/KingStreetWalkIn/
